Lee Quane

Lee is Director of Business Development – Asia and is responsible for overseeing ECA’s expansion in the Asia region. As part his remit he works with organisations throughout the region to identify their global mobility needs and deliver solutions which meet their requirements. Lee is a trusted advisor to various organisations, helping them create, review and enhance their GM policies and processes to meet their aims and enable them to meet their growth requirements. Lee is also widely quoted in the regional media on various topics ranging from global mobility through to workforce planning.
